Step-By-Step 1. PREP Push back your cuticles and shape your nails with a file". Then, apply a thin layer of your favourite gel polish colour and cure for 60 seconds. If you'd like to build opacity, add further layers of gel polish colour' and cure for 60 seconds. 3. BLOOM Apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel - do not cure. Using a liner brush' or dotting tool", odd drops or strokes of gel polish. Wait 10 to 30 seconds and watch as your pattern blooms and spreads.
